I originally was hired to set up a model shop for the Design department. When our factory prototypes didn't show up, my own hand-built models were photographed for the Suncloud catalog.

Outlook Eyewear
1993 to 2000
Designs for Outlook include its own brands, Suncloud and Ion Sport. We also did private label designs for Harley Davidson, Liz Claiborne, Claiborne, Dana Buchman, and Twist Clothing.

Gargoyles had a special one-piece lens called the toric that had optical advantages over two separate lenses. This design utilizes that lens.

I designed eyewear for Gargoyles, and also some of their private labels, Hobie and Wrangler.

Silverfish Eyewear
2002-2014
Silverfish is a sport brand of eyewear featuring patented technology for surfing and other difficult outdoor environments.
While I didn't develop the patents, I did help design some unique frame styles for the brand.
